HKN and Handels IF arrange: Self-defense course💪🏽
We on the board together with Handels IF would like to invite you to a self-defense course at Gothenburg’s Krav Maga Club (GKMK). The course takes place on April 25, from 15.00-16.45 at Smidesgatan 4.

Come in good time so that we can gather before the course starts.

What you can expect from the course:
This is a self-defense course for you who want to learn effective techniques to increase your chances of dealing with threatening situations, even before they arise. The workshop, “Self-defense for women”, is led by instructors from Gothenburg’s Krav Maga Club who teach how to use our body, voice, and attention to increase our safety. It is important to point out that anyone can be exposed to violence and learn self-defense, regardless of gender. However, this course and its structure are specially adapted to the type of violence that women are more often exposed to.

To bring:
* Comfortable training clothes and shoes for indoor training.
* Water bottle.

To participate you need:
Pick up a ticket in Orbi for SEK 50, which will be released Thursday 18/4 at 12.00!
