HHGS Motion
Welcome to HHGS Motions!
Here, you as a member can submit motions you wish to be brought up at the Student Union Board’s next meeting (we meet every Tuesday).
For us to process your motion properly, you need to include an attachment. It should contain:
- Background: Why is this needed? What is the reason you are raising this issue?
- Proposed decision (Att-sats): The actual decision you want the Union to make (e.g., “to serve O’boy at the CSN breakfast”).
Important to know:
- No anonymous motions: The board needs to be able to have an open dialogue with you as the author of the motion, which is why anonymous submissions will not be processed.
- No statute changes: Issues that require an amendment to the Union’s statutes cannot be decided at a regular board meeting, as this requires an Annual General Meeting.

OBS! Motions must be submitted by 12:00 on Friday at the latest to be considered at the following Board meeting. Motions submitted after this deadline will be considered at the subsequent Board meeting instead.
