About the annual meeting
The annual meeting is HHGS highest decision-making body which takes place once a year. There you can make your voices heard and contribute to HHGS operations. Only HHGS members are allowed to take part in the meeting.
When: 21st of May 2024, 16:00 – 18:00
Where: B22 Hall
The agenda will be sent out two weeks in advance, the 7th of May.
Motions need to be sent in at least seven days before, the 14th of May.
