Booking of HHGS facilities
BOOK VIKTORIAHUSET
During weekdays before 16:00 you can book the facilities in Viktoriahuset for meetings and union activities.
A booking after 16:00 or in the weekend requries you to fill out a contingency obligation five days ahead of the booking.
Make a booking request using the form below. If your booking is granted, it will show in the calender. On the day of your booking, come to the Union offices to get a key and sign a contract.

Usual events that are held in the courtyard is events such as, handing out food with food trucks or other larger event that need the outdoor facilities.

To book Hyllan for a sittning you will need to go through the student union.

You will be contacted when the request is handled.
Remember to be as specific as possible, it will help us to grant your application.
The booking is granted when you receive a confirmation from one in the Student union board.
