The president has very few specific tasks but is more of a jack-of-all-trades. However, the president is responsible for coordinating the union board’s work and making sure that the organisation works towards the same goal. Furthermore it is primarily the president’s job to represent the members in different forums such as meetings with the faculty board or other unions around sweden. A significant part of the job lies in administrative tasks, but lots of fun things as well, such as making speeches at banquets.
