Den 13 maj samlas vi på Societetshuset i Marstrand för en oförglömlig kväll där vi firar våra fantastiska kandidatstudenter. Under kvällen blir det musik, middag, fin utsikt över Marstrand och gott om tid för dans och umgänge. Den här kvällen är till för att hylla er! 🩷

🚌 Buss
Vill du åka buss till och från Marstrand, eller bara en av sträckorna? Ange det i samband med biljettköpet.
Bussarna avgår från Heden kl. 15.30 till Marstrand och går tillbaka till Heden kl. 02.30.

🍴 Matpreferenser
Under balen serveras vegetarisk mat.
Har du allergier eller andra kostpreferenser anger du detta när du köper din biljett.

💃 Bordsplacering
Du och ditt sällskap bestämmer tillsammans ett ord och tre siffror som bordsidentifiering, till exempel Grön245.
Du kan även ange namnet på en person du vill sitta med.

OBS! Evenemanget är endast för studenter som tar examen. På grund av det höga biljettrycket prioriterar vi därför examensstudenter, vilket innebär att +1 får stanna hemma. Passa istället på att mingla och fira tillsammans med dina examenskompisar!

Time to celebrate! 🥂
On May 13, we will gather at Societetshuset in Marstrand for an evening celebrating our amazing bachelor’s students. The evening will include music, dinner, beautiful views of Marstrand, and plenty of time for dancing and socializing. This night is all about celebrating you! 🩷

🚌 Bus
Would you like to take the bus to and from Marstrand, or just one way? Please indicate this when purchasing your ticket.
The buses will depart from Heden at 15:30 to Marstrand and return to Heden at 02:30.

🍴 Meal preferences
A vegetarian meal will be served during the ball.
If you have any allergies or dietary preferences, please indicate them when purchasing your ticket.

💃 Seating
You and your group should come up with a word and three numbers as your table identifier, for example Green245.
You can also write the name of a person you would like to sit with.

Note: The event is only for graduating students. Due to high ticket demand, priority will be given to students who are graduating, which means +1 guests will unfortunately not be possible this evening. Instead, take the opportunity to mingle and celebrate with your fellow graduates! 🎓
