Sustainability
Sustainability at HHGS
HHGS is committed to creating a more sustainable union, and in turn contributing to a more sustainable society. By sustainability we mean all three main dimensions of sustainability; environmental, social and economic. HHGS sustainability work focuses on three parts:
Connect within the organisation
Developing sustainable practices within our own organisation, in all projects, associations and companies.
Influence the school
Influencing the School of Business, Economics and Law at University of Gothenburg to increase the integration of sustainable development in education as well as adopting more sustainable practices.
Engage students
Provide opportunities within sustainability for students.
HHGS sustainability policy
HHGS Sustainability Policy is connected to the Sustainable Development Goals, with each paragraph connected to one or more of the goals.
HHGS sustainability guide
Sustainability is a very important, and ever ongoing work within HHGS. As an organization we work on all three aspects of sustainability, social, environmental and economical. We aim to ensure that every part of our organization is actively contributing to a sustainable future. To get started we have set up a guide that you as part of an association and/or project can use as a helping hand. If you want to know more, you can always check out our sustainability policy!
