DESCRIPTION:On the 29th of November the student healthcare Feelgood will come to the school to talk to students and hold a lecture!💙 \nDealing with performance anxiety and procrastination before exams or presentations? \nIn this talk we’ll look at what’s driving your behaviours and thought processes and more importantly; How you through behavioural and psychological strategies can beat the anxiety and thrive while studying. 🙇🏼‍♀️📚 \nFeelgood will have two licensed psychologists as well as a nurse present\, happy to answer all your questions about performance anxiety. \nFeelgood together with the Student Union will be standing at Hyllan from 11:00 to 12:00 to hand out coffee and mingle with you students!☕️ \nThe lecture will then be held in E45 between 12:15 to 13:00\, the lecture will be held in English! \nThis lecture is exclusive to students at the School of Business\, Economics and Law.
