Programme Description

As a Digitalisation Graduate at Mölnlycke®, you will contribute and develop within global functions and work closely with our experts within your field of interest in Mölnlycke’s organisation.

Molnlycke is at the start of an exciting transformation journey for its corporate processes, enabled by a shift of our ERP (enterprise resource planning system) to SAP S/4HANA. This is where you come in. You will be in the space between technical solution and business development. By being part of this digital journey from beginning to end your technical tasks and change management will give you invaluable knowledge of our business processes within sourcing, manufacturing, sales, logistics, distribution and finance to put to use in your future career at Molnlycke.

You will be part of the ERP transformation team, train, learn and deliver. Eventually you will take part in the leadership of global and local implementation and the second year build further on your experience in individually adapted rotations.
Besides your business knowledge this program will allow you to grow your interpersonal skills, your leadership of self and others. During the program you’ll receive the support you need to develop, including on-the-job learning, trainings and mentoring.

The Digitalisation Graduate Program at Mölnlycke® is designed to be mutually beneficial. By bringing new perspectives and influencing our way of working we believe that you will make a significant contribution to the teams in IT & Digital Enablement as well as Global Business Services.
