Today, &frankly is a powerful tool to drive employee engagement and positive change within organisations. We constantly get feedback that we solve a real need in the market and have welcomed some of Sweden’s most well-known companies (SAS, NetEnt and Fortum to mention a few) as customers. Now it’s time to ramp up our go-to-market initiatives and we are looking for a talented individual to help us speed up our growth.

We’re a fast-growing SaaS company, and there are already over 70 000 managers and employees thatuse &frankly in their daily work.
Yourresponsibility is to follow up potential customers that have been in contact with us before. For many customers, you’ll be the very first personal contact with &frankly. This requires you to have excellent skills in connecting with people over the phone. Our customers are CEOs, HR managers and dep. managers so some experience talking to decision makers is nice to have. Once they are interested, your missionis to book a meeting with a sales agent or convince them to attendone of our webinars.
We’re looking for a driven, self-leading individual with a strong interest in business and establishing relationships over the phone.

You will be based in our growing sales department, but will also have a close collaboration with our marketing team. Together you will make sure we grow our business efficiently.
We believe you’re the perfect candidate if…
- You’re a second or third year student, preferably focusing on Management & Organisation, Marketing & Strategy or Entrepreneurship.
- Can work independently, set your own deadlines and enjoy responsibility.
- Are available around 2 days a week (flexible working hours, some of the research work can be done off hours).
- Have fantastic communication skills in Swedish and English, both in writing and in speech.
- You have experience in sales or been told “you should work with sales”.
