Captario is looking for one or more driven interns for the position of Decision Analyst Intern. It is a
full-time, paid internship for the period of January-June 2022, and it is located in Gothenburg.

What you will do
In this role, you will work with some of the largest life sciences companies in the world and support
them in using Captario SUM to model and simulate projects and portfolios. You will update drug
development models in Captario SUM and create dashboards and analytical reports to share deep
insights about risk and value in pharmaceutical portfolios and to help project leaders in their strategic
decision making. Additionally, you will get the opportunity to work with Senior Analysts, learn how to
develop and communicate strategic recommendations to drug development and commercialization.

growing United States presence) catering to the life sciences industry. Captario develops SUM –
Strategic Uncertainty Management, a cloud-based SaaS modeling software that allows users to model
drug project activities to derive insights about project risk, cost, timing, and value. Captario SUM sets
a new gold standard for critical decision making in drug development, which will ultimately lead to
better and more affordable medicines for patients in need.

Qualifications
We are looking for a driven and proactive individual with a can-do attitude and a genuine interest in
predictive analysis, economics, statistics, and data management. You are collaborative, show initiative
and are a good team-player. You are also analytical, structured and detail oriented. We hope that you
love to learn and solve technical and business-related problems and that you like working in a diverse
and global team towards common goals. Experience from handling and presenting large data and
experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.

You must have completed at least two years of university level studies, preferably in Business,
Finance, Statistics, Industrial Economics, or other engineering related discipline. The job requires very
good oral and written English skills.
