Bolagsstämmorna
Bolagsstämmorna is the student choir of the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. Visit our Youtube channel if you want to know what we sing and how we sound. As an association we organize three student dinners (sittningar) for our members and go on one weekend rehearsal stay over every semester. Bolagsstämmorna performs the official Lucia celebration procession that Handels organizes every year and we sing at the graduation ceremonies.
BOOK US
Bolagsstämmorna can be booked for gigs in and around the Gothenburg area. We have a season-themed repertoire that changes every year, and also a large variety of festive songs, suitable for parties and events of different kinds. Prizes vary depending on the length of the performance and other factors. Please write to us for more information: bolagsstammorna@hhgs.se.
SING WITH US
We hold auditions at the start of every semester, depending on the vacant spots. Keep an eye on our Facebook page or Instagram account to know when it’s happening! Our rehearsals are always in Swedish, but when we have international members we make sure all the information is also available in English, and you are always welcome to ask if there is something you don’t understan. We practice every Tuesdays from 6.10 pm to 9 pm.
Students of other universities and non-students are also welcome to our auditions. Previous choir experience is a bonus but not a requirement.
